Vale National Certification for PDR Technicians

Vale National has been training the insurance industry in automotive estimatics for nearly 60 years. In 2003, they developed a program to test the skills of PDR technicians using a high-tech imagery computer that inspects the repaired area of a vehicle for trace flaws. The program was developed in order to help the public and the insurance industry discern between quality technicians and those who aren't up to standard.

Some PDR companies advertise "certified technicians," when in reality the certification is from a PDR training school that sells tools. These certifications are not recognized by the insurance industry. Vale is the only unbiased third party organization in the world with a PDR certification program. If it doesn't say "Vale Certified," they aren't certified.
